Swatches and Review: Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics - Turquoise Shimmer 9-stack Pigments (Pic Spam)

Hello all!
Looks like I'm starting this month off right. Second post today.. whooo Hoo!

This post is a continuation of my review for Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics.
I posted a review of their mineral foundation in THIS POST and today, I have a post of their Shimmer 9-Stack Pigments that can be used as eye shadow, nail polish, lip color and Lots more!

Here are all the gorgeous Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics that were sent for review. Again, I gave a detailed review of their mineral Foundation which is amazing, full coverage powder/foundation/concealer and more!!
Left to right: Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics - Clear nail polish, Bella Terra Foundation in Chestnut, Shimmer-9stack in turquoise, and clear Lip Gloss.

As I stated at the beginning of this post, the 9- stack shimmer/pigments can be used in different forms.
Apply the pigment to your lips and seal with a clear lip gloss to create a lip color.

Or mix and match in a clear base nail polish to create a nail polish color of your choice.

Here's how the Shimmer 9 stack in turquoise came to me. Each pigment is connected to the other, and finally at the top, a cover with the Bella Terra name on it.

Twist to open, just like a jar.

Here are swatches of all the colors from the Turquoise Shimmer 9 stack.

Now, time to put the pigments to test!!!

For Nail Polish.
Here, I used them as nail polishes. With the help of the clear polish that was sent with the pigment. Any clear polish should work.

I didn't want to pour pigments in the clear polish bottle, so what I did was, I dipped the brush in the clear bottle, and then dipped the brush in the color of pigment I wanted. Then applied it on my nails. It was easy. I cleaned the brush with baby wipes after each color. Then of course, I used the clear polish as top coat to even things out.

Another look.

As Eye shadow plus Lip Color
I chose these three colors to base my look on.  A Fuchsia pink, gold and dark purple.

I used all three colors for my eyes. You can see each color clearly, so I don't need to state where I used them on my eyelids. Lol.
I used the Dark purple for my lips in the picture below, and I sealed the lips with the clear lip gloss I showed you earlier.

I applied the colors without primer on my lid to show you the true color. I love that it's bright and sticks to the eyelids without primer.

I'm not a makeup artist but I love that I could create something decent with these pigment/colors.
I really loved this lip color below.

But I chose to switch things up and used a pink lips. Yes, same pink as you see on my eyelids. The Bella Terra Lip Gloss was used for the shine.
P.S: You can see the colors on my eyes a lot more in this picture below too. Love the gold for my brow line!

And for these next two pictures, I added a bit of the gold pigment on top of my pink lip color. It changed the look just a little bit. I hope you can notice it?
The versatility of these pigments amazes me! You can combine and create whatever colors you want!

And MUAHHH!!!!

According to Bella Terra's website, these pigments can be used in 8 different ways.
As a creamy eye shadow, Matte shadow, eyeliner, lip color, nail polish, body glitter, mascara, and hair streaks.
I quote their website below:
8-in-1 Mineral Shimmers:

Creamy Shadow
– moisten the brush to create richer, more intense eye color that doesn't crease.

Matte Shadow – mix the Shimmer with Bella Terra's Eye Primer for a matte shadow look.

Eyeliner – wet the tip of an eye liner brush and apply around the lash line for high-intensity eye definition.

Lip Color – mix any of our Shimmers with lip balm or lip gloss to create intense lip color.

Nail Polish – add to clear nail polish for a unique nail color that matches your eye shadow.

Body Glitter – mix with body lotion to create an all-over body shimmer.

Mascara – dip clear-color mascara or Bella Terra's Mascara Primer brush into the Shimmer for amazing lash colors.

Hair Streaks – mix a small amount of Shimmer with hair gel and apply to a strand of hair for a funky, streaked look that easily washes off later.
Hmmmmm, Fascinating uhn?
Well Yeah, I think so too.

Overall thoughts
These are really pigmented. Love that about them.
Also, I love the versatility and the fact that it's mineral product.
The price is a bit high in my honest opinion, BUT after having used the product and seeing how amazing it is, I'd recommend it if you can afford the splurge. You certainly won't regret it.

I wore my Bella Terra Mineral Foundation in the pictures above, and it's amazing full coverage as I stated in my earlier review about it. The greatest thing about all of the Bella Terra Products is that they don't feel heavy or cakey on the face.
I LOVE these pigments as lip colors! The color combination is endless!!! Colors can be worn as matte lip colors - just don't apply the gloss.
