I placed 2 orders for them back in June and never received them! After 6 weeks went by, I contacted them. Took another 2 weeks for a response and it was "our online records show they shipped." No tracking, no sorry, no refund. I wrote back to them again about it and never received a 2nd response. Never received my orders either!

DeleteI never had issues with orders from them. Guaranteed, it takes a few weeks to get my goodies, but nothing has ever Not arrived.
I would send another email with a screen capture of your order to them once again.
