Julep Oscar Swatch + Nail Art

By Lizzy O. - March 03, 2012

Howdy love muffins.
Happy Weekend!

Yesterday, I received my nail polish that I won from a facebook giveaway last sunday. The Nail polish is Julep's Oscar! Oscar is gold, and even though I don't favor most golds, this was one I wanted to own! And Now I'm glad to own her. :-)
Here's a Picture of My Oscar in all his glory!

So beautiful right? I Love the shimmer! So Hollywood! So Glamour! So OSCAR!!!! What you see here is 3 thin coats. Formula was lovely and I Love the end result. Oscar is the kind of polish you wear on your nails and it makes you automatically feel glamorous!!

Beautiful as Oscar was, I decided to bring out my Inner Artistic self and do something else to it. Here's what I came up with.

Since it's weekend, I decided this would be My weekend mani, so of course I had to accept the challenge of doing this "art work" on my right hand too. Lol... It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Here's the result.

SO Ladies, What do you think? Did I do good on my right hand?
I really Love my mani! Sunday's Church outfit will have to be something that compliments this fabulous mani. I can't wait. :-)

BTW, Polishes used: Gold (Julep - Oscar)
Black (Ruby Kisses Black polish)
White (Two way Nail art pen).
