Wheelchair Fashion: OOTD and FOTD

Hello Darlings...
The weekend has come upon us and it's also now December.

Ohh wee, I haven't done any Christmas shopping and I just keep telling myself I have 24 more days. Lol..
Anyhoo... As y'all know by now, I like to do some "Fashion Posts" of outfits I wear, wheelchair using and all...

Today's OOTD post is not really Today's Outfit.. Lol, I wore this last weekend to Lakewood Church in Houston since I was in Houston for a visit.
I was happy to be at Lakewood!!!!

Anyhoo... Here's we go.
First is my FOTD...

I went for a soft makeup look with my outfit. My hair, dress and necklace were already the center of attention, so I wanted a soft look for my face... with the exception of the black eyeshadow I used on the corner of my eyes..

My outfit was this very Lovely dress I fell in love with the instant I set my eyes on it. A peplum dress.

As I previously explained on the blog, I don't wear dresses this short without a panty hose or tights.
Besides, the weather was a bit chilly so this totally worked. Boots and a black belt to complete my look.

Here's a more detailed picture of my amazing necklace! Instant LOVE!! Goes perfect with this dress.

Dress/Necklace - Forever 21
Belt - Ross
Boots - Payless (I folded it, it's naturally not that short).
Eye Make up - E.L.F
Lips - Mixture of lip colors in my E.L.F pallete

I'm still a newbie to these "fashion posts", so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.

I know most of you cannot relate to why I feel the need to share my fashion despite being on a wheelchair, BUT the truth is, one of the scariest things I was told while in rehab was that I would have to change how I dress because the wheelchair makes things hard on people

I nearly believed those lies, BUT I'm glad I am proof that ANYONE can dress up however they choose to IF they're determined.
I don't wear things that hurt me, or stop circulation in my body, and I just hope I can inspire someone out there. Your sense of style doesn't have to varnish because you're on a wheelchair.

Well, That's it for now darlings.
Till Later, God Bless.
