Christmas nails: Gift wrapping

Hello Ladies...

Christmas is here, and I'm sure most of you already have the gifts you're giving your loved ones.
To me, what makes a Christmas gift even much more special is the way it's wrapped. I love a neatly wrapped gift! I know most people don't care how you wrap their gifts, because they just want to see the gift, but I care, and I always make sure to carefully wrap every gift I give out.

Anyway, yesterday, I was Youtubing.. and I came accross some lovely nail art video! And as a self proclaimed do it yourself lady, I was like..."Ohh I gotta try THIS"!! "I have to do this myself... on my nails"!

I whipped out the colors I wanted, and got down to business.
For this Manicure, I used Rimmel London - Red carpet (2 coats) as my base.

Then I freehanded the bows (wrapping) with Sally Hensen French white tip polish, Kleancolor nail to toe art decoration - Aqua twist, red rhinestones and topped it all of with Seche Vite.

Up close look  at my thumb.

And Here's is Rimmel London - Red Carpet alone. I love this polish. It's one of my favorite red polishes. Easy application because the brush covers the whole nail in almost one stroke.

To give honor to whom it's due, here's the Video that inspired today's manicure...

I'm happy with my results being that this was my first time. My hands are getting steadier now, so I am happy to do free-hand designs.
As always, let me know what you think in the comment box ladies.
Have a fun time wrapping your Christmas gifts this year...

Thanks for reading, Till later. God Bless..
